Challenge
Forma's work was exceptional but their website communicated process documents rather than spatial thinking. Prospective clients could not quickly understand what made the practice distinct.
Approach
We structured the site around case narratives and spatial photography rather than service lists. A restrained typographic system and editorial layout let the work lead while making inquiry frictionless.
Outcome
Inquiry quality improved within the first quarter. The studio reported spending less time explaining their approach on initial calls because the website had already done that work.
